If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

METHOD OF RETURN REQUEST

If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

1. Write an email to [email protected] with the request for a return.

Your email must contain the order number, which you find on the order confirmation we sent, the product (or products) you intend to return or replace, also specifying the reason for your request.

We remind you that only products that are received damaged, defective or incorrect can be replaced: replacements are not accepted for other reasons.

2. Look at your mailbox, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Return Authorization Code (RMA), the courier contacts to return the package and the address of our warehouse that you will have to print and apply to the outside of the box containing the products you wish to return.

If you choose to use our courier, the costs of the service will be deducted from the refund of the products.

3. Insert the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, that is, in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.

Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact. Otherwise we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the asset, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.

4. Print the return form that you will find attached to our Return Authorization email (RMA) and insert it inside the box containing the products you want to return. Apply the address of our warehouse outside the box.

6. When the return will return to our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.

RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request a refund for the item within 60 days of receiving the order.

To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph – “Return Request” – indicating as specific reason “Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect delivery” and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which it is clearly visible the defect.

Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the instructions to proceed with the shipment. We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-compliance of the returned product.
In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will proceed with the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
